The living room and kitchen are the perfect size for 2 tenants and are connected. The flat is perfectly positioned to receive daylight all day, and it retains heat very well; I have never turned my heating on. The flat was refurbished before I moved in, so the walls and floor are perfectly fine: there are no holes or dents anywhere. Neighbours are pretty quiet, and the neighbourhood consists mostly of families since there are 2 primary schools nearby.

Shields Road Subway - 10 min walk
Pollokshileds East Train Stop - 5 min walk
Voi Bikes Stations - 2min/5min walk (8 min bike ride)

All the furniture in the room is mine, as the flat was originally unfurnished. So since I'm in the process of moving out, it's all up for sale on Facebook and Gumtree. If you're interested in this room with its furniture in it, please let me know, and we can arrange an affordable price together. All of it combined is £125. If you are okay with me selling it, that is fine too. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I need the money to help me move out.
