Great views and has a private entrance with security lighting, and car park. The accommodation is situated over a popular ski and snowboarding store and the land lord is contactable each day. The land lord is on hand as she works in the snowboard shop below! The flats have all gas and electric up to date certificates. Its a popular quiet leafy location.
It is very popular with Phd and third year students. If you are a professional then living with a student will enable you 25% discount off your council tax. But this will be paid by you. All the other bills are included as students do not pay council tax. The apartment has been purposely built for students. It has got 8 layers of insulation on the roof, south facing, and sunny double glazed windows, security lighting outside each door, car park if you have a car and for visitors. Its a very convenient place to live! Opposite Tesco is a bonus!!
