Amy and I are looking for a new housemate to join us in our house in Sharrow, which is a short walk from the Stag's Head roundabout.
We're in our early 30s and like hanging out together - looking for someone friendly and considerate to join a chilled house share.
The house is nicely decorated, with 3 double bedrooms, a study and an open-plan living and kitchen area facing onto the garden.
The available room is on the ground floor.
