The forge student accommodation, 44 week contact (with opportunity to stay on for a summer contract if desired), 110p/w including bills.

The Forge is the perfect student accommodation based just off London Road S2.

The room is an ensuite, with a desk, great storage & underbed storage, a small double bed and a pinboard to decorate.

The reason I am wanting to let go off the room is due to a last minute decision to want to book a student house.

The current flatmates I have already lived with for the past year - very kind, sociable and clean. They will all be minimum second years with one doing a masters so great for people wanting the student accommodation price and lack of hassle, without the fresher chaos!

The accommodation is within 5 minutes of Aldi, Waitrose and multiple Spars for food shopping, within 10 minutes of The moor for all high street needs, walking distance from both Hallam campuses and integrated closely to all public transport including trams, busses and trains.

There is parking available for a fee, I don't drive though so I am unaware of the fees, there is a free gym, basketball court and a plethora of activities ran by the accommodation.

The reception team are very helpful, 24/7 package collection, good turnaround on maintenance and night time security.
