Currently occupied by a female and her very friendly dog. Ideally suited to someone who is a vegetarian or vegan. Ideally female around 25-50. Above preferences are not essential providing you are respectful of of other people diets and is also clean and tidy in the kitchen etc

The house is within walking distance of Meadowhall shopping centre and train station(about 10mins walk or 0.58miles away). It is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop on weeden street(X78 to Sheffield).

A retail park including the range, B&M, Currys and a large food outlet is about 15/20mins walk away. The house is about 3 miles from Sheffield.

Local Nisa shop 2/3minutes walk from house.

Looking for respectful lodgers. Clean and hygienic in the kitchen is a must.
