I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP for one bedroom in a two bed house on Hunter Hill Road. This lovely house has a really homely feel to it and is located just off Ecclesall Road, near to lots of restaurants and bars and only a short walk from Sheffield Hallam Collegiate campus. There are also good transport links for anyone studying at either the city campus or Uni of Sheffield. The bedroom has a double bed, a gorgeous mirror wall wardrobe and lots of storage space. The house is shared with one other boy going into his third year at Sheffield Hallam. The rent is £98 a week excluding bills but we have sorted them and it’s all very easy and cheap!
