Currently 3 tidy students (a couple and myself). I am studying a Masters in Business Management and therefore ambitious and hard working. I am a keen road cyclist and am out the house training in my spare time. This is a quiet house where we all get on. I am friendly, approachable and enjoy a chat about anything (apart from love island!). I also love coffee and can make you a legendary flat white!

No, bills are not included, but look to be approx £10 a week. WIFI works out at about £1 per person per week.

The fact the property has a separate dining and living space is great with plenty of space to work or relax out of the bedroom. All the bits and bobs work really well, washing machine/ dryer, dishwasher, gas hob.

The room available is a nice size, double bed, lots of storage and furnished with a desk and has a double glazed window with blinds and curtains. The house is on a quiet street and there is very little noise.

CO OP and Sainsbury's are about a 3 minute walk away
