We're looking for a fourth person to join us in a houseshare just off Ecclesall Road.

We are three young professionals: me (Matilda) aged 22, Charlie (22), and my boyfriend Aled (25). We enjoy cycling, climbing, baking, and playing board games. We'd ideally like a fourth housenate with similar interests. We're looking for someone with fairly regular hours (we work 9-5) and who is tidy and doesn't smoke.

The house has four bedrooms and a shared living room. The room that's available is an attic bedroom with double bed, desk, and storage.

Private small landlord.

Close to Ecclesall and Sharrowvale Road, city centre and both universities, hospital etc so easy walking distance, on-street parking okay and obviously bus routes.

Fully fitted kitchen and ample storage.

Bathroom with bath and shower.
