Double room available in a shared ground floor flat that is part of a house that has been split in two. Living areas are spacious with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Room has large wardrobe for storage. There is a shared garden area at the rear of the property and an outdoor shed. There is no off street parking but plenty of on-street parking that is always available.

I am a current tenant in the property looking for someone to fill the spare room vacated by my previous housemate. I am a professional but open to living with other professionals or students. I am working from home at the moment so will be spending most of my time in the flat. When not working I enjoy cycling, cooking and coffee!
