This is a tenancy takeover for a classic ensuite room in a student accommodation Archways by Unite students. This room is currently not in use. I am supposed to move here on 17th September but due to change of plans, I need someone to takeover my tenancy. This is a 7 bed flat with a shared living area. the room is with a single bed, study desk, chair , full mirror, wardrobe, bedside table and it has its own private bathroom. all bills are included

just 5-minutes walk from Sheffield Hallam University and the train station. a 10-minute walk from the city centre. there are two 24 hour supermarkets 5 minutes away from the property.
