Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a shared house in Broomhall. We are a household of 7, currently 5 girls 2 guys, and looking for friendly people to share with! The house is a mix of mostly young professionals and a student, lots of lovely and creative people :) Everyone is really friendly and up for movie nights, pub trips, nights out and climbs together!
The house is big, with 2 bathrooms, a big separate living room and a big garden where we have BBQs in the summer :)
My room has a big window and gets a lot of light, and has a convenient built in wardrobe. Comes with bed, 2 sets of shelves and a chest of drawers.
The house is really close to town, 10 minutes walk to Division Street and close to Glossop Road and Broomhill!
It’s available as a summer sublet from June - September or you can continue to carry on for another year from there!
