Hi,
I am looking for a Lodger for my flat near Norfolk Park, 10-15 minutess walk from the city centre/train station. I have lived here for 5 years, with previous lodgers, the last of whom stayed for 2.5 years, but is leaving for a new job in a different city.

Room has double bed. It is quite small, but has in built wall closets and will get a desk/table if needed by tenant. Has good central heating, and a good quality bathroom and kitchen.

Happy to arrange viewings and discuss tenant needs. Have parking permits for the parking area on the cul-de-sac, which I do not use as I do not drive. Very close to blue/purple line super-tram and local bus stops.

Not looking for student tenant, unless it is an older post graduate or PHD student or something similar.

Rent will be £520 with bills and council tax included.
