One bedroom occupied by young professional (accountant at Uni of Sheffield), second bedroom is available. Students or professionals welcome, female only. Ideally looking for someone who can move in between 20th-30th June.

About the building/location
Building has an internal car park / bike storage, mail area, gated courtyard and is right next to a tram stop (Netherthorpe). About a 2-minute walk from the diamond and 5 minutes from the Information Commons. Location is central to the city, but out of the way enough to feel quiet and comfortable. Tesco Express very close by and multiple supermarkets within walking distance. Very quick walk to city centre / Sheffield station, West St, Division St, Kelham Island, Ecclesall/Sharrowvale, Crookes and Broomhill; also plenty of green space nearby.

Housemate preferences
Current occupant is female looking for female. Flat is very well-kept, clean and tidy housemates preferred. Occupant is Hindi, so please no cooking with beef, but other animal products are fine.

Additional Information
Council tax band C (although students are exempt). Utilities bills are with an external provider and are based on metre readings. Ongoing contract with BT/EE for full fibre broadband (great speed, no problems with streaming and downloading), 50/50 contribution (£15 per month per person) would be expected if you want to use the wifi.
