Right off vibrant London Road with incredible food, shops, and amenities.

Parks at both ends of the road and 3 bus routes nearby.

10 minutes walk to the Moorfoot development (market, cinema, shops).

Bills & Logistics: Rent is £575 PCM. Bills are included (Gas, electricity, water, broadband, council tax) subject to a fair usage policy. To protect us both against energy spikes, significant excess usage will be split. References and credit checks are required.

About Me & You: I am a quiet professional who values a peaceful home. I am looking for a sociable housemate who likes to chat now and then over a cuppa, rather than being like 'ships passing in the night'. I'd love to share the occasional social activity too.
