We're a couple looking for a lodger in our home less than 5 min walk from Woodseats high street. The room is a double with plenty of storage and a lovely view over the garden. There is a garage available for bikes etc. and on street parking. Very small office space also available.
Woodseats has pubs, cafes, doctor, post office etc. and regular buses into town. Graves park is 5 min walk away, and the neighbourhood is green and very quiet.
The home is a very relaxed liberal space. We both love the outdoors and climbing, and would welcome additions to our instrument collection and little library.
Ideally looking for other professionals or mature student, flexible with let length.
