Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’m heading out on placement for the year. The house is on School Road in Crookesmoor, really close to uni.

It’s a spacious student house with a shared kitchen and living area, and all the rooms are good-sized doubles with furniture included. It’s set up well for student life and in a great location.

You’d be living with my friends, who are really nice guys, clean and sociable, but it’s not a crazy party house so you’ll still have your own space.
