Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Page Apartments, Central Place, Sheffield S1 (Student Roost).

It's a 2-bed furnished apartment (you will be sharing a kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a friendly female flatmate). Bills and wifi are included! There is also a gym, social space, and study room where you can meet fellow tenants.

It is located in the city centre (super close to the Diamond - less than 10 minutes walk), there is a Tesco 5 minutes away, and close to transport links (bus and trams).

Available end of May (negotiable, please contact for more information) until the 29th of August 2026.

It is £135 a week (£585 pcm).

This tenancy will be handled officially through Student Roost.
