The property is a large 5 bedroomed house with 2 lounges and two bathrooms, dining room and kitchen. It is on 4 floors. We currently have one room that is adaptable the bed is either single or double. We are happy for some furniture changes I t is on an excellent bus route. Town is 20 minutes away as is the Peak District. This is not your typical rental property as over the past 13 years of owning the property our lodgers have come to see this as their home, a place to relax and wind down. Our lodgers generally have only left because they have bought a property, moved in with significant others or their job takes them away from Sheffield.

Nether Edge:
It is a vibrant community with farmers markets Cafe 9 and it's not so secret gigs a real heart of the community . Abbeydale Road is a mega for cafe's, food culture and vintage finds.
About us:
I'm into trapeze, allotment Ing happy to share this with you I even have chickens also int cycling as well as baking. Some times there's left overs that I encourage others in the house to eat. My partners into photography and walking and playing the mandolin. Also into jazz and all sorts of stuff. There are two other Housemates we some times have musicians stay who play at Cafe 9 they will stay in the lounge.
