Large attic room fully furnished in well maintained attractive Victorian house with occasionally shared kitchen and bathroom between two only~ Land lady lives in property but often away and has own separate kitchen . On road parking on bus route 10 mins walk to town. Friendly multicultural neighbourhood close to kelham island. All bills included. Would suit young professional or mature students. I have two well behaved toy poodles and could reduce the rent in exchange for dog care when I go away if this is of interest - the dogs do not access the attic or kitchen but are living downstairs so a dog lover is prefered
