Hey, Thanks for looking 🙂

I am advertising a double room in my two bedroom property, it has space for a double bed, two bed side tables and has a built in wardrobe.

The house is all open planned, tall ceilings with a cosy lounge area that leads onto a lovely little garden with a hot tub and 2 bbqs (hot tub is usually on one weekend a month)

The house is 'shared' with myself a 32 year old female and my 1 year old daughter, however we live at the home for only 2-3 days of the week as we partly live with my partner and the remaining days you will have the house to yourself. Some weeks we won't be home at all.

I am preferably looking for somebody who may work or go away on the odd weekends so I can still return home and enjoy the space alone too, though as I say for the majority of time- I won't be there but you have the luxury of only paying for half of the bills.

I am hoping to find somebody who is respectful, considerate, and most of all clean and tidy and keeps noise to a minimum (except for the odd weekends ofcourse).

About me:
I am fair, adventurous and hard working.

The house is situated in a very safe and quiet little cudlisac. ALL of my neigbours are all very lovely and ive never had any bother. Its around 10 minute drive (40 min bike ride) to the centre of sheffield with good transport links into town and five mins from the Northern general hospital, 5 mins to Meadowhall and about 30 min to some incredible resevoirs, lakes and ofcourse the wonderfull Peak district.!!

Please NOTE that all bill's are included including council tax, WiFi water rates, electicty and gas.
