Non smokers please. Please don't say you don't smoke when you do as you will be given 4 week's notice to leave. Smoking outside is fine. Also if you are into drugs or heavy drinking then this is not the place for you. If you are taking Drugs in or on the property, or are a Drug addict, you will be given one week's notice.

Perfect for contractors. Please note, this is a very remote place and having your own transport is essential to get anywhere. The Bus stop is close by and on various bus routes. See photo.

All bills included, fully furnished for long term renting. Keys must be returned personally and room checked upon departure in exchange for your deposit, subject to inventory checks.
For short term lets under a month, the nightly charge is £30 per night.
