The house is on a really quiet road, and backs onto the park. The garden is south facing and the open plan kitchen/living area gets lots of natural sunlight through the day.

The location is great for getting into town, the shops on Chesterfield road and the lovely Brothers pub is litterally 2 mins down the road.
