I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from January onwards
My reasoning for this is nothing to do with the flat but because I would like to commute instead.
The flat has currently 2 boys and 2 girls who are all lovely and respectable, people who keep the place clean and tidy but also love having fun.
The rent is £123 a week (bill included) and the room is the classic premium ensuit meaning it is a slightly larger.
Can move in from 4th January
NEEDS to be a Sheffield Hallam student
The tenancy ends on the 18/07/2026
The accomodation is in an amazing location which is only a 15 minute walk to both campuses and also has an Aldi accross the road making it super easy to do a food shop.
The facilities are also great with a free gym, cinema room, small basket ball court and common room with regular activities and social events taking place.
