We are a group of six friends looking for someone to fill our spare room. We are very friendly and enjoy doing things together.

It is a very large room with a double bed and a great view. The room also comes with a bedside table, two chest of drawers, a large desk and a large wardrobe.

There are three bathrooms and two showers.

The kitchen is newly renovated with two fridge freezers, two hobs, one oven, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There is a large lounge with a TV and tv licence included. There is also a dining table.

The location is very close to uni, shops and parks.

There is free off-road parking.

£117 per week with £20 utility bills per week through uni homes
