There’s a spacious room with a double bed available in my S11 house for the end of July as my housemate is buying a flat.

About the house:
The house is on Thompson Road, the road leading to the Botanical Gardens entrance off Ecclesall Road.

On the bottom floor there’s a living room and separate dining room, a kitchen and small garden area. On the middle floor there’s a bathroom with separate bath and shower, and one bedroom, as well as another room with a bed and desk in (spare room/study). On the top floor would be your room.

The rent is £1200 a month, split between two £600 per person. This doesn’t include bills and council tax but those total around £150 each monthly so all in the house is around £750 each.

About the room:
The room has lots of space and has a separate staircase leading up to it and a door before the stairs ensuring plenty of privacy.

About me:
I’m Connie, 24 and moved to Sheffield in 2023 for a grad job. I work at a corporate and work from home 50% of the time. I fill my weekends with seeing friends or my partner. I enjoy running, hiking, the gym, yoga, travelling, cooking (usually vegan, sometimes veggie), and the occasional drink or live music event.

I love keeping the space clean and cosy. I’m easy going - would like to live with someone I can have a good chat or hang out with but also value alone time and tend to keep quite busy.
