Hi! I’m looking for a full time female student to take over my room through contract takeover. The accommodation is located very central- a three minute walk to the Diamond or 7 min walk to the Arts Tower. All bills are included in the rent. You will be paying £80/week, usually £195/week so it’s a great deal. Happy to negotiate further.
