We have a double room in a 4 double room house in Totley, Sheffield 17 very nice area close to Peak District we are dog friendly and near main bus routes in to city centre £ 550 per person per calendar month with all bills inc washing machine, Use of one of our Fridges garden, TV license, just upgraded to super fast fibre optic broadband off road parking is pritty good New 65” tv in the main living room and plenty of room in the dinning room for meals ect ( we have 2 bath rooms one female & one male)
