Looking for a lodger for a decent sized double room in Heeley, close to the City Farm and transport links. £450 excluding bills. The house is homely and full of character, and is generally a calm and restful environment. The bedroom is on the first floor, with access to the rest of the house which includes kitchen, living room (with wood burning stove), bathroom and garden. You’d be living with Jo, a friendly professional who spends a lot of time away, so you would likely have the house to yourself quite often. Individuals or couples are welcome (rental price would be higher for couples, this can be discussed), and short or long term lets can be considered if you’re the right fit!
