Looking for tenants in their twenties, early thirties preferably professionals or mature students. The current tenants are all very friendly and the sort who enjoy a pub quiz or quiet night in together but are also very respectful of people’s own space and schedules. There are two professionals and one mature PhD student. It would also suit a mature student who is wanting a home rather than a wild student let. We want tenants who are comfortable living in shared accommodation and are clean, tidy and sociable.
The house is on a lovely quiet road in S11, just off Ecclesall Road, with plenty of on street parking (NO PERMIT REQUIRED). The road is mostly families, however there are lots of shops and good restaurants/bars closeby on Ecclesall Road. Endcliffe Park is a 5 minute walk away. Convenient for universities, hospitals and city centre.
This is a perfect choice if you’re looking for a clean, tidy and friendly home! WE HAVE HAD MANY TENANTS WHO HAVE STAYED FOR SEVERAL YEARS, WHICH I HOPE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.
