Hello, I'm looking for someone to takeover my room in this Sheffield apartment in Netherthorpe. It is a good sized double room available from 10th of May in a 2-occupant apartment in Netherthorpe street.

The room and the apartment comes fully furnished and include kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machin, a spacious living room, a small garden/terrasse and more. It is situated close to many commodities (Tesco superstore, Tramway line, Kelham Island, Sheffield University...)

The rent is 375 £/month (without bills) and includes the broadband. The council tax band is A. From the 1st of September 2024 a new renting contract will be draft with the landlord if the renter wish to stay after that date.
