Hello.
Rent and bills included equals £600 a month.
I am looking for a female house mate, im offering a double room, its sort of 2 rooms in one, they are joined by a door, its spacious, it has a double bed that lifts up with storage underneath, 2 sets of drawers and wardrobe, also a sofa bed.
I have painted and carpet cleaned the room so its ready for someone.
You can use anything else in the house aswell, lounge, kitchen, dining room, TV etc, garden/driveway for parking.
I do have a 12 year old border collie who is nice and quiet, he just follows me around or sleeps.
About me, I would say im quiet and keep myself to myself, i wont bother you but i am really friendly, easy to talk to, im looking for someone similar, someone tidy and clean, i dont have many people round so you wont get disturbed, i like to get out the house to socialise, but also love a night chilling in doors watching a film in bed.
The total number of £600 is for half of rent, council tax, gas and electricity, tv/Internet and the water bill.
Large driveway to park on.
Large dining room with table to sit at.
