Hello,
I'm looking for a weekday lodger to share my home with me and my two cats, Rum and Raisin.
The house would suit a professional who works in Sheffield during the week and is looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay. It's ideal for someone with a busy job who values a peaceful home environment during the week.
I work from the office three days a week and from home two days. Most evenings I'm out running, cycling, boxing or seeing friends, so the house is generally calm and relaxed. I'm happy to chat after work, but I also appreciate having my own space.
The Room
The room occupies the entire top floor, so it's spacious, private and has great views across Sheffield. It currently includes a double bed with under-bed storage, wardrobe, drawers, desk, shelving and a futon. Furniture can be added or removed to suit your needs.
The House
Shared bathroom with a large shower
Kitchen and dining room with log burner, dining table and sofa
Separate living room with TV and comfortable seating
Large garden with bike storage and sheds
Location
The house is in Woodseats, with easy access to Abbeydale Road and Chesterfield Road. The city centre is around 20 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by bike. On-street parking is available outside the house. There are also great running routes nearby and easy access to the Peak District for cycling.
I'm open to discussing either a standard weekday lodger arrangement or a flexible pay-per-night arrangement for the right person.
If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to get in touch for a chat.
Thanks,
Becky
