Hello,

My name is Ben, I've got a large, bright attic room available. It comes with a bed and mattress, and also a cabinet for some storage. There's also kitchen, lounge, bathroom, garden; all in a nice quiet spot in s11, (council tax band A). Literally just off sharrow vale road with all the nice shops and the Lescar pub.

I'm 29. I work full-time (not remote). I like to do lots of things beyond that, so I'm out and about quite a bit -- but I do also enjoy some quality time with the sofa.

I'd say I'm quite a relaxed person, I try and be as kind as I can be, and I'm tidy - it would be great to have someone who can match / rub along with that vibe.
