I am looking for a replacement tenant for a room in a 6 bed flat at Allen Court. I personally know two of the other students who are both very lovely and clean (I lived with them last year). The accommodation has 24/7 security, a reception team, and from living there last year I know that maintenance requests are attended to very promptly. The room is also bigger than most ensuite rooms you can find in the city. Rent is £187pw. You must identify as female, and be at least in your second year of university at the University of Sheffield.
I am only looking for a replacement tenant as I am looking to move in with my partner.
