I’m looking for a lodger for my spare room. Details below.
If interested please confirm you understand it is a Mon-Fri let + send a short paragraph about yourself eg work, hobbies and rough schedule. This is better suited for someone who works full time outside the house. Dates can be adjusted.
Private ensuite furnished double room/garden studio with independent access from the garden. Comfy bed and view on a little shared garden. 5 min walk from the Broadfield pub, Tesco express, Sainsbury’s and the many restaurants and cafes from Abbeydale road.
Bills, weekly cleaning and bed sheets included.
No kitchen but a microwave, toaster, cutlery, plates, coffee maker available.
About me: I'm a franco british creative professional more on the introvert side who does enjoy the company of others but in moderation :). I like hiking and travelling.
