Hi!

I'm Hannah (they/them) and I am looking for two housemates to join my houseshare in Meersbrook. I'm friendly and sociable would love to occasionally share meals, watch films, have garden days etc, but also very happy for everyone to have their own things going on. I like to keep things clean and tidy but still cosy and lived in and would like someone who is happy to share house chores. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

The house is in Meersbrook, located a couple minutes away from from Meersbrook park, and there are also shops and cafes close by (Lidl is a 5minute walk away).

The house itself has a shared living room, a kitchen/dining room with space for bikes, and a large bathroom with a bath, shower and a decent amount of storage for toiletries, towels etc. There's a lovely garden with space for relaxing/planting flowers and veg. There is also a cellar and small outhouse for storage. There is free on-road parking and you can always get a space.

The house is largely furnished but there is space for you to bring your own furniture and make the place feel like home.

The larger room is £333.33 a month. There is a bed frame, drawers and shelves that can be kept, or it can also be left unfurnished.

The small room is £298 a month. There is a bed frame and wardrobe that can be kept or again, can be left unfurnished.

Bills (water, electric, gas, internet, council tax) work out at roughly £120 per month per person. Council tax band B.
