Beautiful Town house in the heart of Greystones. We’re all in one way or other makers, we’re friendly, and relatively communal / social. We tend to work long hours so it can be a bit ships-in-the-night during the week, always respectful and tidy and can be fun over the weekends.

We’ve got plenty of storage, fridge space (with overflow fridges and freezers in the workshop), washing machine, and a dishwasher. 2 full bathrooms. Big Kitchen Diner perfect for hosting, nice landscaped garden with fire… that admittedly has been neglected😂 - any help would be appreciated

Very lovely neighbourhood (Greystones) mostly families. Stone’s throw from the ever beloved Endcliff park, and just off eccy road. Good pubs, bars, shops, gym, and other amenities round the corner.

On street parking, never a problem

Good links into city (just off Eccy road) easy drive to M1

We’ve had pets in the past and welcome them provided they’re well trained.
