£675 per month when we are sharing the home.

£850 per month during the periods when I am abroad for retreats, residencies, or work trips and you have the whole place to yourself.

As a photographer, I may spend 3–4 months a year abroad, depending on projects. This may not start immediately, but when it happens, you would enjoy the entire home during those times. The timing varies, so the arrangement is flexible rather than a fixed yearly contract.
