I have a room available in my cosy woodside home in Norton Lees. The house backs directly onto the woods, has a lovely big garden, recently upgraded kitchen and a living room with great views.

Our road is friendly with great community spirit. There's several local buses going into town, a local Coop and pharmacy. We're about 10 minutes from Graves Park and Meersbrook Park and a 20 minute walk to Lidl and the various delights of Chesterfield Road.

You'll be sharing with me and Jasper the cat. I work in sustainability engagement. I like foraging, dancing, and hanging out in the woods.

You don't need to have similar interests to live here, what's important to me is creating a peaceful, friendly, nourishing home space.

I'm both extroverted and introverted- meaning I love a good chat but also quiet moments and particularly evenings when at home.

This house would be a good fit if you:

Single converted basement room facing the garden with separate entrance over brand new garden decking.
Wake up to the woods each morning! Brand new single bed and mattress, shelves and storage cupboard and ensuite toilet. This room would suit someone who likes a bit more privacy, being that bit closer to nature, and doesn't have masses of stuff.
