I am relocating back home so will no longer be living in Sheffield so I am looking for someone (either a student or professional) to take over my tenancy from January.

Although the contract has been signed for the 26/27 year so it is also available from beginning of July 2026-June 2027!

The property has a large back garden which would be perfect for the summer days and hanging out with friends!

Council tax applicable for working professionals at Band A (approximately £140).

Bills package separate with UniHomes at £112pp.

The girls are aged 19, 21 and 22 and study primary education.
