Hi I’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy at the gate student accommodation, for the end of the month. the first two rent instalments have been paid so only the April one remaining, it is a en-suite room which is a little larger than the rest of the rooms here but same price. It has a small double bed and is located on the ground floor, bills and WIFI are included, it is a secured property with reception mon- fri and security.
