Hi, we've got a double room available to rent at ours.

You'll be living with me (Josh) and Jack. Both working professionals with music and climbing as our main hobbies.

The house is nice enough, bathroom's decent, rooms are a nice size, lounge is quite cozy, and trying to keep on top of the garden !

We're pretty laid back and just get on with what needs doing. Looking for someone similar, who will take one of our rooms on the top floor (above the climbing wall so no downstairs neighbour haha).

We use splitwise to split the bills which is gas, electric, water and council tax about £80-130 on top a month, depending on time of year.

Neighbours are pretty sound too.
