The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are available. It is located in Crookes, just off School Road which is a short 10 minute walk to the university and it is easy to access the peak district and lots of parks nearby.
There is one shared bathroom between 3. The top floor has an en suite bathroom.

Bills are not included but will be paid along with rent and subject to change each month (based on gas/electricity usage). The council tax, wifi and water is the same cost each month and all bills are split between those of us in the house.
There is no parking on the property but lots of free parking on the surrounding streets.
You will be living with a housemate Conor. Conor is an artist who is working temporary jobs on the side to facilitate his career in the art world. He is a passionate person who loves electronic music, is a big foodie, enjoys being out in nature, climbing and interested in all things creative.
Conor is looking for a like-minded individual with similar interests.
