I have a lovely large bedroom to rent on weekends, walking distance from the city centre and 15 mins from the Peak Disctrict.

The bedroom is lovely and bright in the morning, with plenty of space to stretch out or do yoga. There's a cupboard with plenty of space for clothes, a desk and a double bed.

The property is a two bedroom flat with one other tenant (me) in the flat. I'm a 46 year old freelancer, I spend a fair amount of time at home working and hanging out with my kitty Oto. I'm into books, films (got a projector and a big wall!) and playing tennis, I enjoy being sociable in a fairly quiet way.

Oto is an indoor cat, and that means all the sights, sounds and smells associated. He's a good boy but still quite young and still learning, but he definitely likes company. Anyone applying must like cats!

The flat is on the first floor, there are lots of steps leading up to it. The bathroom and toilet are shared, and you're welcome to use the kitchen and living room as well. All bills are included, as well as broadband.

I'm looking for someone considerate and friendly, appreciating the nice space and company. I can provide a peaceful space for you and some good conversation.
