As I have decided to leave Sheffield, the room I had planned to move in to is available from this summer. It is perfect for students. 10 minutes walk from Uni of Sheffield and Hallam Collegiate Campus, and 15-20 minute walk into town.
There are 2 others living in the house, both absolutely lovely, very friendly, easy-going and tidy but not obsessive! I lived in this house 2 years ago with Dominika and would have happily gone back :))
Dominika owns 2 very friendly & wellbehaved cats who live in the house too. They are very well-trained, do not go in other's rooms, and Dominika looks after them very well - but you do get free cuddles from them!
There is a cute little garden which we share with the neighbours and you can get a permit to park outside, it is only £30 or so for the year and there is always spaces.
There is one bathroom between the three housemates.
This bedroom is the only upstairs room, so very quiet, and it overlooks the garden. The bathroom is also upstairs and the other two bedrooms and kitchen / living area are downstairs.
The landlady is super, always really helpful if anything needs doing. The bills were around £50 per month so very cheap.
