We’re a sociable and easy-going house with a mix of interests and personalities. We all study at Sheffield Hallam University across different courses including art, sport, and computing. The house is currently made up of 4 guys and 1 girl, and we’re looking for someone who’ll fit into a relaxed and friendly environment.
The house can be both chill and lively depending on what’s going on — sometimes we’ll all hang out together, go on nights out or have chilled evenings in, and other times everyone just does their own thing. There’s never any pressure to join in; it’s very much a go-with-the-flow kind of house.
We’re ideally looking for a second or third-year student who’s sociable, respectful, and considerate in shared spaces — mainly just someone who cleans up after themselves and contributes to a good atmosphere in the house.
We keep a few simple house rules around cleanliness and being considerate of each other, but nothing strict or overbearing. We’re also completely fine with guests or partners coming round occasionally, as long as people give a heads-up and it’s not a surprise.
Overall, we’re looking for someone easy to live with who’s up for a good balance of socialising and personal space.
