Hello!
I’m looking for a new lodger/housemate as our current one is moving in with his partner around the corner. The first floor double bedroom is available from 1 June. The current lodger has decided to depart from Sheffield and go travelling.
Kyle is a 33-year old civil servant. James is a 27-year old and doing a Masters in Mental Health Nursing. Pōhaku is my 3-year old cat and remains indoors, unless I take him on adventures.
I spend a lot of time outside, climbing, swimming, walking, DJing/listening to music or down the pub.
I’m looking for someone with a balanced lifestyle who’s sociable, employed/has a steady income, clean and respectful.
Bills are not included in the rent, but the split is £110 each per month on average. Council Tax Band A. Fast Virgin Wifi.
The room is ‘bedroom 2’ in the photos. It stretches over the ginnel so there’s a good amount of storage space. Shared areas include: the kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden.
It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, under-bed storage boxes, chest of drawers, mirror, and a clothes-rail.
It’s pretty easy to park outside the house, except on a match day. If you have a bicycle, there’s also a bike rack in the backgarden.
The house is also well located, close to town and a bunch of quality pubs, like the Sheaf or the Brothers, not far from more on Abbeydale Road either.
If the above sounds like a good fit, please get in touch and tell me about yourself ( profession, connection to Sheffield, any hobbies etc). Please also feel free to ask me any questions.
Mahalo nui loa,
Kyle
