I currently share my lovely home and garden with a friend, and we are looking for someone else to join us. I currently spend a lot of time abroad, and my friend looks after the house. The house is very close to the University of Sheffield, good pubs and other amenities.

We are easy going and hoping for someone who will want to cook, eat and hang out together, at least some of the time. We would like someone to feel at home in the house and to help to keep it clean and tidy. We want it to feel like a home rather than a house-share where people come and go and do not care for the space or for each other.

There are two very comfortable, large bedrooms available with king sized beds and plenty of storage. There are two bathrooms plus a third toilet in the house. My adult son and/or daughter (in their 20s) will also stay at the house from time to time. There are 5 bedrooms in total.

The rent of £420pcm is for a period of at least six months and includes water, wifi, council tax and TV licence, but gas & electric will be shared on top.
