I am relocating back home so will no longer be living in Sheffield so I am looking for someone (either a student or professional) to take over my tenancy from July 2026 - June 2027.

It has a generously sized kitchen with attached living area and large corner sofa and TV included and large back garden which is perfect for hanging out in the summer!

The room is located on the second floor of the house and has a large bathroom with rainfall shower next to it!

All furniture featured on the photos are included in the room which includes a double bed, large set of drawers and wardrobe and bedside table.

Council tax applicable for working professionals at Band A (approximately £140) Not applicable to students!!

Bills package separate with UniHomes at £112pp monthly.

Rent is £520 monthly (working out around £1600 per term in line with student finance☺️)

The girls are aged 19, 21 and 22 and study primary education.
