There is a garden at the back of the house which is a Sun Trap to sit out in the warmer weather.

In terms of housemates, we insist on non-smoking working professionals and we will turn away anyone who we do not feel would be a good fit with the other housemates. We’re committed to providing great accommodation, and also making sure that the people who live here are really happy to be sharing together, as well as happy with the house.

£170.00 per Calendar month for the Double room. All Bills included .

We have a cleaner once a fortnight to clean the communal areas and a group WhatsApp so any problems can be sorted out quickly

City Road is a great place to live, with the Hallam University and the train station and bus station within 5 minutes’ walk and a variety of local amenities on the doorstep. Transport links into town are very good; there is a main bus route within 5 minutes. It is convenient for the hospitals and university as well as the city centre; you can walk there in less than 10 minutes

If you want to get away from the city centre for a while, you can be in the peak district within 15 minutes’ drive.

£200 deposit is required.
